ALL hourly rates have a two consecutive-hour minimum.
If your event is one hour or less in duration, the minimum two-hour charge will still apply.
After the first two-consecutive hours of service, consecutive additional time may be booked in consecutive 30 minute increments (and charged at 50% of the hourly rate).
If your event does not finish on time, and you need us to stay, then that that time onsite will be chargeable, (after a 10 minute grace period has elapsed).
There is an additional one hour charge for set-up, pre-production, and striking the video equipment after the shoot. This will probably be just once per day of shooting, but if we need to set-up in multiple locations, additional charges may apply.
Also, if you need us to be ready and in place at an earlier specific time (a call time), then that time onsite will be chargeable.

"Onstage" Presentations & Lectures (Long Form Video)
Fixed position video shoot: $195 per hour (for onstage presentations etc.). This is a two-camera shoot. One camera with an operator for close-ups / audience reaction, and one unmanned camera locked down on a wide shot of the stage and screen. Please add one additional hour for set up time/ removal time for the two cameras etc. $195 per set-up
Highlight Videos / Sizzle Reels (Short Form Video)
Roaming Video Shoot: $195 per hour (for highlight video footage /short clips or “man on thestreet” interviews. This is a single camera shoot - no additional hour of set-up time required.
Video Editing: $150.00 per hour
Video needs editing to realize its potential - if not by us, then by somebody else! If you wish us to edit, the total cost will depend upon the length and complexity of the project, We will be able to estimate the editing costs when we know what the project involves
